Testimonials

In today’s massively advertised environment, LMI brings an opportunity to make that rupee work harder for all the stake holders in the industry – Advertisers, Agencies & Media.  The concept is unique and it helps disseminate information making it “One Stop Shop” and has no limits in adding value to the user as time goes by.  The site is user friendly to transact and adds value to everyone’s business.  My heartiest congratulations to LMI for putting together the site and I wish more participation from the industry

FAQs

How is "Last Minute" defined?
Every media owner has his own definition of ‘urgent’ and ‘last minute.’ And this depends largely on the requirement of the task at hand. At LMI we let you decide what ‘last minute’ means for your business and what your cut-off time is for offering your inventory to advertisers and agencies.

Will our regular sales be affected?
Last minute buys are usually top ups over regular media schedules, and don’t in any way eat into your pre-planned programme. Besides, last minute buys are ad hoc, varying day-to-day, month-to-month, and season-to-season. So media plans can never be built on last minute offerings alone.

How does LMI work in your interest?
Everything about LMI works in your favor. The quantum of inventory to be put up is left to the media owner’s discretion. All biddings are strictly confidential, with actual bid prices finally decided by the media owner and buyer.

Besides, the offer price on a last minute inventory would be a floor price and not a market price. You could have an internal floor price different from the displayed floor price, and an internal offload quantity different from displayed available quantity.

Are the transactions done on LMI guaranteed?
All trades are done only by registered members bound by a strict code of compliance. Since all traders are part of the same eco system, they already have active relationships among themselves. Retail buys happen only against confirmed payments.

Can undesirable brands / agencies can be blocked for a specific inventory?
With the help of the LMI admin, you could set up filters at the inventory level, for Brands/Clients that you wish to block.

What of the relationships you already have?
Trading at LMI does not in any way require you to give up those face to face interactions that you’re used to. It’s like in the stock markets where online trading is very popular, but relationship brokers are still going strong. By trading at LMI, you’re left with more time and greater control. You can make informed choices and take care of multiple deals faster. Imagine what this does for your profits when you buy or sell!

Will it lead to commoditization of media inventory?
LMI is not a replacement for people. In fact, it frees up time and effort, so that your people can focus more on developing relationships and understanding the market. By saving effort on bargaining, negotiations and actual buying/selling, you will be able to devote more time to meeting your client’s needs.
